Easier, and almost always right ... Easter falls on
the first Sunday after the first full moon after the vernal equinox.
Don't feel bad if you didn't know this. I came across this nugget back in the early 70s and since then have asked many pastors. priests, ministers as well as many devout Christians and very few (almost none) knew how the date that we observe Easter is decided
