good eats

If you haven't discovered the health benefits of whole grain you should.  My breakfast every day is rolled oats or Bob's rolled 5 grain cereal with lots of cinnamon and a little agave nectar and either dried apricots (unsulfered from Trader Joe's) or dried plums and black tea.  High in fiber and anti-oxidants and no blood sugar spike. Seems to have really helped in both weight loss and lowering (significantly) my blood pressure.
