proceeding from natural feeling or impulse without external stimulus; "an impulsive gesture of affection"
According to my speech therapist this describes me… I certainly have to agree. And ever since my stroke it seems ever so much more so. Not sure it's a bad thing, not sure it's a good thing, it's pretty much just me.
