FODMAP's

 "Fermentable Oligo-, Di-, Mono-saccharides And Polyols."

Mark my words here and now ... FODMAP's are poised to become the next (irritatingly omnipresent) "thing" in the nutrition/health world.
So move over Gluten-Free ... there is a new kid in town that is kicking butt and taking names.

  1. So let me get this straight. No apples, avocados, watermelon, pears, cottage cheese, ice cream, pasta or mushrooms? That is a world in which I do not want to live. FODMAPs? Make like a tree, and get out of here!
